Working in Sports with Matthew Baird of Stoughton



When he is not actively participating in sports, Matthew Baird of Stoughton is still around the world of sports. Since high school Matthew Baird of Stoughton has been active in the volunteer community. He has participated in the Relay for Life Cancer Walk and has been a lifeguard at the YMCA. While working as a lifeguard at the YMCA while he was attending Worchester Polytechnic Institute, Matthew Baird of Stoughton began teaching young children how to swim. He always wanted to protect children, so teaching them to swim was a natural fit for Matthew Baird of Stoughton. Matthew Baird of Stoughton began teaching them the basics of floating to save themselves if they ever fell into the water. From there he progressed into teaching them how to swim.

During the same time Matthew Baird of Stoughton was an umpire for the girl’s fast pitch softball team in Stoughton, MA. Though he had never played baseball on a team during high school or college, Matthew Baird of Stoughton had always loved the game and knew the rules very well. Matthew Baird of Stoughton enjoyed getting out in the field and helping out.
