Advocate for Community Service: Matthew Baird of Stoughton



Matthew Baird of Stoughton is a strong advocate for participating in community service projects. As a high school student, Matthew Baird of Stoughton devoted countless hours to many volunteer projects in his community. Matthew Baird of Stoughton believes that in order to experience a satisfying life you must make time to give to others. Matthew Baird of Stoughton is very familiar with the benefits of community service. He believes that he has been blessed with many gifts and talents and he is happy to share his gifts with others.

Matthew Baird of Stoughton was an active volunteer while he was a high school student. Matthew Baird of Stoughton attended Coyle and Cassidy High School. The administration and staff at Coyle and Cassidy High School were instrumental in encouraging the concept of community service. The school offered many opportunities for students to volunteer for local charities and not-for-profit organizations. Matthew Baird of Stoughton was eager to take part in many volunteer efforts.

Matthew Baird of Stoughton spent considerable time helping his fellow students through a peer tutoring program. Matthew Baird of Stoughton was able to develop an easy rapport with his peers and this made him an excellent tutor. Matthew Baird of Stoughton had excellent academic credentials and was a perfect fit for this program.

Matthew Baird of Stoughton was active in many other volunteer programs during his high school career. He raised funds and participated in the Relay for Life Cancer Walk. He was a Teen Life participant in a program sponsored by the Immaculate Conception Church. Matthew Baird of Stoughton worked with the Stoughton Youth Athletic Commission as a volunteer. He spent time visiting with residents of the Copley Center Nursing Home. Matthew Baird of Stoughton was a valued volunteer with the Stoughton Recreation Department. Matthew Baird of Stoughton gained pride and enjoyment from his volunteer work.
